Trading & Economy — TraderPlus NPC System

Overview

🛒 What is TraderPlus?

TraderPlus is the server's primary economy system. NPC vendors stationed at Trader Cities across the map let you buy and sell nearly every item in the game using Rubles as currency. Traders are always stocked — you never have to wait for inventory to refresh.

Walk up to any TraderPlus NPC and press F to open the trade interface

Bank your Rubles at any ATM after a trading session. Rubles on your body are lost on death — your bank account is not. See the Banking Guide.
How to Trade

1 Find a Trader NPC

Trader Cities are dedicated safe zones on the map where multiple NPC vendors are grouped together. Each NPC specialises in a category of items — weapons, gear, vehicles, building supplies, and more. Look for NPC characters standing still near signs or stalls.

Safe Zone: Trader areas are PvP-protected. You cannot be shot or killed inside a Trader safe zone. Leave the safe zone perimeter and PvP rules apply again.

2 Open the Trade Menu

Walk within interaction range of a TraderPlus NPC and press F. The trade interface will open on your screen showing two panels:

Use the category tabs at the top to filter by item type. Use the search bar to find a specific item by name or class name.

3 Buying Items

Select an item in the left (trader) panel and click Buy. The item will transfer to your inventory and the Ruble cost will be deducted from your carried currency.

Withdraw from the ATM first if you need to spend large amounts. Traders only accept cash in hand, not bank balance.

4 Selling Items

Select an item in the right (your inventory) panel and click Sell. Rubles are added directly to your carried inventory. Items are removed from your inventory immediately.

Tip: After selling, immediately walk to the nearest ATM and deposit your earnings so they're safe even if you die on the way out.

Frequently Asked Questions

FAQ

The F key isn't opening the trade menu — what's wrong?

Make sure you're standing directly in front of the NPC and close enough to interact. Move closer and try again. If it still doesn't work, try approaching from a different angle. Make sure you aren't holding an item that overrides the F action.

I don't have enough Rubles. Where do I find them?

Rubles spawn as loot throughout the map — check jacket pockets, shelves, drawers, and safes. Sell unwanted gear at the trader to earn currency quickly. High-value loot like military weapons and suppressors fetches the best prices.

Can I trade with other players directly?

Yes — drop items on the ground and exchange Rubles by hand. There is no player-to-player trade interface, so make sure you trust who you're trading with.

Are trader prices the same for everyone?

Yes. Prices are set server-side and apply to all players equally. Prices do not change based on supply or demand.

Can I see all items sold before visiting the trader?

Yes! Visit the Items page on this wiki to browse all categories. Each category page lists every item class name available on the server.
